Questions for project ideation

  • What makes you inquire about this commission piece?  
  • Who is it for? 
  • Any special meanings behind the piece?
  • What inspires you?
  • Any reference photos?

Materials

  • Sterling silver
  • Solid yellow/white/rose gold (10k/14k/18k) with no nickel included. Here is an article with more information on types of solid gold.
  • Other precious metals are available upon request

Submit your request

    Please view this commission request form and submit your information regarding the project. 

    Consultation 

      Once you have completed the commission request form, you will be contacted for a consultation meeting to go over your project ideas. 

      Price estimation & invoice 

        An estimated price will be provided either at or after the consultation meeting. Please note that gold prices fluctuate constantly and your commission price will be determined based on its market value at the time of commission.

        Once the ideation and price estimation are done, a 40% deposit will need to be made to start the commission project. The rest will be charged once the piece is completed and before shipping. Invoices are available upon request.

        Accepted methods of payment:

        • Paypal
        • Venmo (for USA)
        • Etransfer (for Canada)

        Timeline

          Depending on the design and casting process, it can take 2-5 weeks to finish the project. Shipping time varies based on your delivery destination. 

          Shipping

            International shipping is available. All orders within North America are provided free regular shipping with tracking. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

             

            Cancellation policy

            Once the commission process started, canceling the project before casting into precious metal will be subjected to a 25% cancellation fee. The 40% deposit will not be refunded for any cancellation before shipping and after the piece is complete unless a mutual agreement has been made. Full refund is not available once the commissioned piece is delivered to its final destination due to its bespoke nature.
